Kim Simon

Kim Simon is a Curator at Gallery TPW in Toronto, Canada. Founded in 1980 as a non-profit venue for photographic practices, TPW is committed to a media-specific but now expanded mandate, addressing the vital role that images play in contemporary culture and exploring the exchange between photography and time-based media. Simon will introduce Gallery TPW as an institution and share a thread of her curatorial work investigating an ethics of showing and looking in relation to the aesthetics of troubling images.
